Condolence Messages

  1. Dann, Phyllis and Trevor Duncan :

We are so sorry to hear about Graham’s passing. We remember all the chats we had during the boys hockey games, the Point and Feather pub and most recently, the chats at the Southland Leisure Centre gym. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

  2. Scott Bherer :

My sincere condolences for your loss. Mr. Gravvy played an important role in so many of my childhood memories. Whether it was hockey, baseball or summers at Mara Lake he was always there. What always stood out most to me about him was that even years after we were done with sports and all out on our own, every time I saw him he took the time to ask me how I was and how my family was doing. Our families have a connection that will always be remembered and cherished. Please know that my thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

  4. Dear Donna and Fellas!
We are so sorry to hear that you have lost your very wonderful and charming Hubby, Dad and Grandpa! Graham always had a huge beautiful smile when I saw him! I will always treasure the memories of the fun times we had when Scott and David played hockey together! We had so many good laughs! Graham was so kind to me, especially as I was a single parent and needed encouragement. Donna, it doesn’t seem fair that you have lost your Best Pal!! You two were so good together — I’m so sorry!!! Please accept our sincere condolences!!!

  6. Gravistin Family,

I met Graham some 50 years ago when he was transferred from Calgary to Edmonton by CP Rail and subsequently came to live with us. Graham quickly became a member of our family and was loved by all, although sometimes my older brother, Brent, and I were convinced that Mom liked him best. My sisters, Penny and Karen still speak fondly of him today. He was so very good to our young brother, Steve, and was such a welcome member of the breakfast table group, due to his cheerful nature and his sense of humour – even in the early mornings. We had some adventures that I’ll just keep to myself, but no matter where life took us we always had a good time. We offer our sincere condolences, and you and Graham will be in thoughts and prayers in the coming days.

  7. Ken and Trudie Bradley :

To Donna, Shaun, Jeff and Scott and your families,
We were shocked and so sad to learn late last night about our beloved Graham. We are away in B.C. and at such short notice not able to get there. We have a lifetime of memories of all our kids growing up together and all the amazing parties and many family events we shared together. We go back together for so many years although our paths have not crossed nearly often enough of late. We are thinking of all of you and so wishing we could be there to see all of you, and to be of some help to you. You know you are in our hearts and we will toast Graham and share some of the many memories we all have. I will be in touch Donna when we are back, my heart is breaking for all of you.
