  3. Alison Trollope :

Jean was our Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity Education Advisor at the University of Calgary in the late 1980s/early 1990s. She gave so graciously of her time, and was a role model for all of us with her warmth, elegance and great sense of humour. The world is a little less bright without Jean in it.

  4. I was one of the young sisters privileged to have Jean teach me about the history of AGD and the joys of being an Alpha Gam. When she retired from teaching the new members she continued to support the chapter through her participation in our activities. I’ll miss her smile, laughter and stories at International Reunion Day. She was a pillar in our community and will be missed by all of us. My heart and condolences go to her family.

  6. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a lovely, warm hearted person. Jean welcomed me to Calgary when I moved here in 1976, having been friends with my mother, Pem Nesset, from their time in Alpha Gamma Delta together. We kept in touch over the years and I have many fond memories. I have just heard the news as I am currently living in Malaysia.
