  11. Dear Gordon Family,
So sad to hear of the passing of your family members. I had the honour of playing hockey with Mike over the past two years. Mike fit right in with the “Gooners” from day one. He played hard, got his share of goals and above all really, really enjoyed the game. When he scored a goal the whole rink lit up with his smile. Never quiet, he was always chirping at someone from the bench. Keep your head up 16!! He will be sadly missed on forward.
My deepest sympathies to you all.

  12. I didn’t know Mike well but was getting to know him better every Thursday noon hour hockey game that we played together. It was obvious that Mike was not the most experienced player but nobody worked harder and nobody improved his skills faster than Mike. And it was a lot of fun watching his enthusiasm for the sport and the camaraderie. I was blown away by the news of his passing. I hold very fond memories of our brief energetic time together.

Sincere regrets on this deep loss.

  13. Carolyn Inglis :

I am so incredibly sorry to hear of the passing of Mike as well as your two boys.

I had the pleasure of working (indirectly) with Michael and whenever we had an opportunity to connect he always lent a smile with a quick witted comment. He truly was an amazing personality with good humour and energy to be around. He will not be forgotten. Sending all my love to you and yours.
