It is with sad but thankful hearts that our family announces that our loved one, John Gordon, passed peacefully from our midst to his heavenly home, surrounded by his family.
John was born to Cuthbert and Emily Gordon in Portreeve, SK. He was predeceased by his mother Emily in 1920; a sister Joy in 1928; his father Cuthbert in 1968; and his stepmother Nora in 1971.

John and Joan were united in marriage on March 30, 1946 in Four Marks and reunited in Portreeve, SK in September 1946. They raised a family of three while John pursued a career with the CPR which spanned thirty years and numerous communities. This allowed the family to make many life-long friends.
