  2. Donna Lee Elliott :

    It is with great saddness that I write this note to Shelly’s family today. Shelley and I became very
    fast and close friends in elementary school in Manor, Sask. We spent our summers together at
    Kenosee Lake spending our teenage years as neighbours there also. You could find us either at the cabin or the beach. Even after high school we remained close and became roommates in Regina for sometime. There was a few years we were inseperable, sharing everything even our
    families. Shelley was my bridesmaid in 1980 , I moved to the Yukon and Shelly remained in
    Regina, we kept in touch for many years through christmas cards and letters and an occassional
    visit at “the lake”, as life will do when separated by vast distance we lost contact with each other
    though our parents we kept up on the goings on in each of our families. I may not have
    seen Shelley in recent years but I spoke of her often and she was a huge part of my life for many
    Please accept this letter of condolence and know that Shelley will remain a true friend and a good person to me.

    Donna Lee Elliott

  3. Charlene Rousseau (Phillips) :

    I was so sorry to hear that Shelley passed away. Shelley and I shared an apartment on Cambridge Ave. in Regina and both worked for SWP.
    It seems that not too long ago were we fishing at McBride or travelling to Manor to visit.

    My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family. Shelley’s life has touch so many and will be remembered in the hearts of who all knew her

  4. Cheryl A Hollinger(nee Johnson) :

    On behalf of my siblings I want to offer all of Shelley’s family our deepest sympathy.Unfortunately we did not learn of Shelley’s passing until some time after the funeral.We all saw each other last at Uncle Ralph’s funeral and said we would keep in touch,which would have been really nice, but somehow the Johnson’s are not very good at doing that.I have very fond memories of Shelley as she is close to my sister Gail’s age and we did visit when we were kids and in our early teens.So again, we are so deeply sorry at the loss of your beautiful mother,sister,aunt,and friend. Thinking of all of you,Cheryl Hollinger (nee Johnson) and all the Johnson family.Neudorf,Sask.
