Kay leaves a great legacy behind in you, Noel. Not everyone leaves to follow after them a son of whom they can be so proud. Among your mother’s lasting gifts will be the kindness others in meet in you, your intelligence and spirit for living life fully, giving to others what’s best in you.
Bless you, Noel, over this difficult time. All of us who care for you are holding you in our hearts.

  7. Anne McNamara and Sandy Truman :

    From Anne:
I shall always remember the happy times we shared as children – you were the light of our little family and so very loved.
Even though you eventually moved away we always managed to keep in touch and share our joys and sorrows. It was so wonderful to see you a couple of years ago at Paul and Sarah’s wedding and to spend time with you in person. I shall miss you greatly but am comforted in the knowledge that you are now at peace with God.
    Goodnight my dear sister.

    From Sandy:
Thank you for being such a lovely auntie. It was so nice to see you at the wedding and spend time with you again. I have wonderful memories of the holiday Mum and I spent with you and Mike. You were so very generous to us both.
I remember falling ill one night and you were so kind to me – it made me realise what a warm and caring nurse you must have been and how you must have touched the lives of so many others.
You are at peace now in the arms of God.

  13. Dear Maura,

I thought of you last week when I was cycling through Glamorgan and was deeply saddened last night when I was checking the Calgary Herald online obituaries and found your mother’s. It is hard to believe it has been 40 years since I had the pleasure of meeting your mother and father. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family at this sorrowful time and I offer you the promise of Revelation 21:4: “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away.”

    Sincerely,

    David
