GEE, Jean (nee Louis)

February 28, 1926 – October 10, 2014

Jean Gee passed away peacefully at Bethany Calgary. Born in Regina, SK, she moved to Calgary, AB, marrying Jack Gee in the mid-1950s. Jean will be sadly missed by her sister Mabel Wong (Stewart) of Olds, AB; brother George Louis (Fran) of Calgary, AB; three sisters-in-law, Daisy and Polly Louis of Regina, SK, and Annie Louis of Calgary, AB; and seventeen nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack; her parents, Tip Way and Lew Shee; and brothers, Robert, Chew and Hugh.

The family wishes to acknowledge Patrick and Doreen Drinnan for being loving friends to Jean. Sincere thanks to Dr. Bruce Wheeler and staff at Bethany Calgary (Memory Lane) for compassion and care provided during Jean’s final years.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 7, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Bethany Calgary Chapel, on the main level off the Atrium.
