Virginia Alice Forbes passed away peacefully on Friday, January 20, 2012 at the age of 90 years.

Ginny was born on April 16, 1921 to Ernest and Lucy Rose of Montreal – the middle of seven “Rose Girls”.

She will be greatly missed by her children, Donna (Rick Leong), Ross (Mae), Sue (Paul Diotte), Andrew and Ginger; grandchildren, Raina, Jay, Andra, Drew, Erin and Heather; great-grandchildren Kieran and Karma; and sister Jacqueline Asquith. She was predeceased by her husband Roy Alexander Forbes.
