I have had a long friendship with Kay (67 years) and though I moved away for a period from Calgary for a number of years we kept in touch with cards, visits at Christmas and any other chance we could manage. She was a wonderful person and friend and we had so many happy times together. She has left us but will never be forgotten.

  6. Betty-Anne Robertson-Tchabo :

It is with great sorrow that my sister, Linda Gallagher, and I learned of the death of your mother. Our mother, Pearl Robertson, moved into the brand new Edgemont Retiremont Residence at the same time as your mother in 1997. They had known each other prior to the move, and our Mom was delighted that she and Kay would be neighbours. As you know, they shared a table in the dining room.
Both were strong women who met many challenges in their old age. Although we know that their health was failing, it still is wrenching when they pass.
