Condolence Messages

  1. I only recently had the pleasure and honour to meet and get to know Brent at our construction project in Calgary. We will miss him, and and are deeply saddened by his passing. I like to think we had become friends in recent months, (we understood each other’s sense of humour, especially his dry wit) and that’s how I’ll remember him.

Our “family” has suffered great losses this year. I was comforted knowing that my Calgary family loves and supported me during the loss of Keiran. Even though I can not be there today I send Michelle, Caleigh and Travis my love and support during these difficult days. Brent was a true friend to so many people and will be missed. We had many laughs together through the years and enjoyed many games nights, even when Brent would just try to collect all the $1 bills in Monopoly! We love you Brent.

  35. Brent has been my closest and best friend since High School. Nova Scotia is filled with such great memories-ones I will never duplicate or forget. When you came to Calgary soon after me, we started over making new memories. The loss of you is like a piece of my life gone. Not the past, but what future memories won’t be made. You left too young, and I am such a richer person having had a country full of fun with you! I am here with Caleigh and Michelle and will keep them close, my friend. I hope you have the clip, cause I don’t!

My sincere condolences on your loss. I met Brent many many years ago in the IWK Hospital in Halifax. Over the years I have often wondered what had become of this strong and unforgetable young man. I googled his name today and I was heartbroken to see he had passed but I was so happy to see that he lived a life filled with love, children, family and so many caring friends. I knew he had the strength to fight for life and he did! He was a person I never forgot and my thoughts and prayers are now sent to his family. Just knowing now that he has children to carry on his legacy is wonderful. God Bless each of you!
