Leonard (Chico) Deschamps, beloved husband of Eileen of Calgary passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at the age of 55 years.
Chico will always be remembered as a proud family man. Besides his loving wife of 20 years, Eileen, Chico is remembered by his children James, Johnathan, Jessica, Jimmy, Steven (Dina), and Wade; grandchildren Colton, Chantelle, and Destin; brothers and sisters Edgar, Wilfred, Hubert, Dora, Lillian, Napoleon, Viola, Edna, Gorden, Bernice and Anthony; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Paul and Clarisse Deschamps, brother Ross, and sister Shirley.
A Celebration of Chico’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. A Wake will follow at the Ogden Legion on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
