Victoria Mangapit Clemente de Leon of Calgary passed away on Monday, July 11, 2005 at the age of 55 years.
Victoria was born in Batac, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1971. Vicky was married to Jaime de Leon, her very best friend in life. She then moved to Alberta to continue her profession, working as a Nurse. Her last place of employment was at the Holy Cross Long-Term Care Centre.
Victoria is survived by her loving husband Jaime de Leon; her mother Francisca Clemente; her brother and sister-in-law Charlie and Lydia Clemente, all of Calgary; and her one and only nephew Charles Clemente whom she loved so much. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends in Canada, the U.S.A. and the Philippines. She was predeceased by her daughter Jane Victoria de Leon and her father Dr. Simplicio Clemente.
