    Dear Joyce,
It is so nice to connect with you and hear about your family on FB. This is how I heard about Bernadette’s passing. I am sorry to hear about your loss, especially since she was so young. You know she is in a better place now. Just today I came across a special saying that I want to share with you:

“My home is in heaven, I was just passing through”!!! May she rest in Eternal peace and may God shed His blessings on your family.
    -Love Dorothy and Bill

  5. Dan Kowalczyk :

We were saddened to hear of Bernadette’s passing. But we rejoice to know that she is at home with her Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:8 “We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.” We are sorry we can’t make the funeral, our family is all sick. Our prayers are with all the family.

  6. Theresa Watson :

To Bernadette’s Family. I just heard that you lost Bernadette. I am so sorry. I hope there are ways you can keep her in your life. My favorite memory is when we went on holidays together. We helped each other out. She helped me find things like my bus pass and my wallet. She even made my bed. I remember her mom coming to the group home and she was a good mother to Bernadette for many years. I think this with all my heart. From Theresa.

  7. Dannette Thompson :

Red roses grow in Heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me. Place them in Bernadette’s arms and tell her they are from me. Tell her that I love her and miss her, when she turns to smile, please place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for awhile, because remembering her is easy, I do it everyday. There’s an ache in my heart that will never go away.
I worked with Bernadette for years and she was filled with warmth. She had a great personality, great sense of humor and brought laughter to our faces at the home. She was very appreciative and thankful, I could go on and on. I have beautiful memories that I will cherish in my heart. My deepest condolences to Bernadette’s family.
Go rest high on the mountain Bernadette, we love you but Jesus loves you best.
