It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, auntie and friend Jacinda Rae Crowchild.
Jacinda had an infectious laugh and loved spending time with her many nephews and nieces. She was a fun loving and caring young woman who loved spending time with family and friends. She graduated from the Tsuu T’ina Jr/Sr High School in 2013 and had a passion for learning the TsuuT’ina language. She loved to cook and had plans to attend school to become a professional cook. She was also involved in the performing arts and loved being around horses. Jacinda will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
Jacinda is survived by her mother Bernadine and father Jamie, her siblings Danielle (Peter), Larissa, Pheonix (Cornelia), Benjamin and Angelina; her grandparents Cheryl (Herb) Baptiste, numerous grandparents, aunties and uncles, niece Kasia and nephews Kobe, Andrew and Johnathon; special aunties Tricia and Faith, special siblings Jonathan, Jordan, Joshua and Shaylene. Jacinda was predeceased by her sister Lee-Anne Olivia, her grandfather Isaac Bradley, cousin Kurdistan, great grandparents Isaac and Edith Crowchild, Margaret Jacobs and Austin Big Plume, uncles Derrick Kingsley and Isaac Crowchild.
Wake Services will be held at Bernadine Crowchild’s residence on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. and Thursday September 18, 2014.
Funeral Services will be held at Sarcee Seven Chiefs Sportplex, (Tsuu T’ina Nation, AB) on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Tsuu T’ina Nation, AB Cemetery. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
