It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of a dear husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, son-in-law, and nephew.
Budd was born and raised in Morley. He was educated in the residential school. Budd participated in hockey in his younger days. He also loved to watch bull riding as he loved the sport. Budd believed in his Native culture and participated in many ceremonial gatherings throughout Alberta. He also enjoyed participating in Native gospel church services.
Budd is survived by his loving wife of thirty-seven years Carol; children, Rula and Monty; and his special grandson Malik, and Mercedez and Tyson. He is also survived by five sisters, Martha, Irene (Donny), Cheryl (Reggie), Colleen (Conrad), and Charlene; three brothers, Ferlin (Charlene), Larry and Ricky S.; sisters-in-law, Maxine H., Irene B., Georgie C., and Violet R.; brother-in-law Martin (Vera); mother-in-law Tina Holloway; stepmother Lavina Brown; aunties, Christine P., Elizabeth H., Helen Twoyoungmen, Gwen Crawler; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and relatives from Morley, Bighorn and Eden Valley. Budd was predeceased by his mother Alma Crawler (2001) and his father Joe Brown (2000); eldest son Conneregge (2004), sisters Deanna Crawler (2005), Julie Simeon, Marilyn Twoyoungmen (2000); sister-in-law Rhonda (2000); two brothers, Pat and Logi Brown; two uncles Lou Crawler Sr. and Jake Crawler his maternal grandfather George Crawler and paternal grandfather Joseph Twoyoungmen and a special cousin Woodrow Soldier a former RCMP officer.

Wake Services will be held at the residence of Carol and Budd Crawler (Morley, AB) on Sunday, June 17, 2012 and Monday, June 18, 2012. Funeral Services will be held at the Morley Gymnasium (Morley, AB) on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Bearspaw Cemetery.
