Mary Ann Cormack passed away unexpectedly on June 6, 2012 at the age of 54 years.

She was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband Don, and three children Richard (Emma), Jeff (Danielle) and Stacy.

A celebration of Mary Ann’s life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W. Calgary, AB) on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
