John “Bud” Cooper passed away on November 2, 2012 at the age of 92 years at the High River Hospital.
He had a wonderful lust for life. People were drawn to him because of his great sense of humour and his generous nature. He had a kind word for everyone and touched a lot of hearts. He was a very generous supporter of a large number of charities, most importantly animal charities. He loved all animals especially our puppy Sasha. He loved his family unconditionally and family always came first.
Bud is survived by his children John and Jocelyn of Scarrness, AUS, Kerry and Jean of Victoria, BC and Shawn and Chris of High River, AB; two grandchildren Geoff (Nikki) and Michelle and two great grandchildren Lachie and Jay.
Bud was predeceased by his wife Lillian “Lil” Cooper and his sisters Grace Clark and Marg Dixon.
