September 13, 1920 – July 27, 2010

It is with sad-filled hearts we announce the passing of Chris on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at the age of 89 at the Southwood Hospice after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He will be deeply missed by his “darling” wife Alta, his children Gordon (Penny), Tanya (Steve), Donald (Sandy) and Terrylee (Alex) along with his ten grandchildren, Meghan, Christopher, Gordon, Ryan, Kyle, Jared, Christopher, Steven, Iain and Taesagh and many dear friends.

Chris was born and raised in Craik, Saskatchewan, the son of Alma and Christopher Gray Cooling. This together with wonderful times spent with family and friends is what made him feel truly happy and blessed. Our lives have been deeply enriched by his presence and he will forever dwell in our hearts.
