Marlene Bernice Clausen passed away peacefully at the Foothills Hospital on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at the age of 69 years.
Marlene was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. After high school she left on her own and moved to Calgary. Along the way she also spent time in Vancouver before moving back to Regina to have her son Keith. In 1985 Marlene and Keith moved to Calgary where she spent the rest of her life. Marlene spent most of her career working for Air Canada, primarily in the reservations department until she retired. Marlene was a quiet, family oriented person and will be remembered always.
Marlene will be deeply missed by her son Keith; her brothers, Larry (Iris) and Dean; and her sister, Linda; and her sister-in-law Victoria. She will also be remembered by her niece Kari; her nephews Perry, Darin, Trent, Scott, and Sean and a long time friend, Fran. Marlene was predeceased by her parents Paul and Stella Clausen and her brother Kenneth.
