  2. Although I did not know Kitty personally, I can see the effect her loss has had on her U. of Calgary / T.L.C. “family.” She will be greatly missed. My condolences to her family.

  3. Sarah Cameron-Quaid :

Kitty was one of the most wonderful women I have ever met. She was strong and passionate. She gave me my first job and it helped shape my career. I will miss her so much.

  4. Kitty was one of our best and hardest working researchers around when I was Dean of the Faculty of Continuing Education and we all loved her dearly for that. She always had a smile (and a smiling request for ‘more work’). But the thing I remember most is a delightful Diwali party at her home where I brought my young son Jordan. We still talk about it.

  6. Kitty was one of my students many years ago. I saw her from time to time over the years, the last time being quite recently. I will miss her big smile & perenially positive attitude. It was a pleasure to know her.

  7. Promila Kukreja :

Urmil my sister has gone away leaving a void in my life. With her sense of humour, her passion for movies and music, her knowledge of things, the very intense debates on any topic we picked up and with her warmth for her nieces and nephews, I had her in my life for 68 years and it was a great honour to have a sister like her. I would like to thank each one of you who came and stood by us in time of grief and it gave us great comfort to know that she lived amongst such wonderful friends.

  8. Kitty was a close friend and neighbor of ours in New York City.
I recently found a photograph of Kitty visiting my family’s farm in Vermont in 1966 where she displays her radiant serenity.
I was heavily influenced by her joy, kindness and intelligence and have always carried those things in my heart.
