Jinsoo beloved husband of Jemma Choi (nee Hong) of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the age of 75 years.
Jinsoo was born and raised in Korea, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Hanyang University in Seoul. He immigrated to Canada in 1970. In 1973 he married Jemma, the love of his life, in Calgary where they raised four children Rosabel, Edward, Arnold, and Estelle. He was a joyful and proud father. For over forty years, Jinsoo worked as a B Pressure Welder, committing his life and soul to his family. He retired five years ago, during which he enjoyed travelling, Korean television, newspapers, and long walks with his wife Jemma. His quirky good spirit always made people feel happy and loved.
Jinsoo is survived by his loving wife Jemma; children Rosabel, Edward, Arnold, and Estelle; and siblings Minsoo, Kyungson, and Younghee. His brother Chungsoo Choi passed away soon after on March 12, 2015. Jinsoo was predeceased by his second daughter Annabel in 1982.

Funeral Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive S.W. Calgary, AB) on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
