CHARETTE, Francis Xavier (Frank)

February 23, 1926 – December 6, 2012

Francis (Frank) Charette beloved husband of Barbara Charette of High River, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the age of 86 years.

Frank worked for the Alberta Mental Health as a marriage and family councillor in Edmonton. He was a lifetime member of the Lions Club and member of the Riding Club.

Besides his loving wife of forty years, Frank is survived by his brother Bernard Charette of Fort Vermillion, AB and special nephew Barré and his wife Jeanne and family of Fort St. John, BC; nieces and nephews O’Byrne Taylor, Ciana, Lorraine (Yutaka), Roxanne (David), Blaine (Judy), Sandra (Denis) and their families; cousins Betty (Alex) Evans and Joan (Ron) Likuski; in-laws, Wendel and Noelle Hoffart, Agnes and Al Downs, Adeline Mayer and their families as well as his special caregiver Evangeline Salva. He was predeceased by his parents, a brother and a sister.

Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (206 – 9th Avenue West, High River, AB) on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (206 – 9th Avenue West, High River, AB) on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Forward condolences through In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the High River Health Foundation, 560-9th Ave S.W.
