It is with heartfelt sorrow that we extend sincerest condolences to the Chapman family and to Barbara, Georgina and Felicia.
Philip was a neighbor, a family friend and the Hadaway, Ashby and Huggins families could call him a brother. We had many glorious days and great times during our childhood in Middle Street.
