  6. Anthony Chan :

    To Walter’s family,
Walter was a generous, magnificent and caring person. His creation and continuous contribution to the “Walter Chan Scholarship” since 1988 is memorable and a very strong indication of his support to the society and the development of the younger generation. Indeed Walter’s passing is a great loss to both his family and the society. He will be remembered always and I feel very fortunate and proud to have crossed paths with Walter.
May God bless Walter and his family.
