BROWN – Keith

July 8, 1966 – December 4, 2010

Keith Brown, very much loved and cherished son of Joan and Stuart, brother to Lindsay (Christiane), Simon (Sandra) and Roger (Fiona), and loving uncle of Rowan, Sage and Breanna, passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the age of 44 years.

Keith was born in Ireland on July 8, 1966, emigrating to Canada with his family in 1972. He travelled extensively, but his first love was India, where he volunteered in Kalighat at Mother Teresa’s Home for the Destitute and Dying.  His family thanks all of those who have played such a big part in Keith’s life over the past sixteen years with  very special thanks also to A.R.B.I. and U.R.S.A. 

A private family gathering will be held to honour Keith’s life at a later date.  If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity, 2475 E. 48th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5S 1G5 Telephone: 604-322-6840.  You may forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.

  10. I worked with Keith while he was a paramedic, he was often my partner, and he was one of the finest. His compassion and knowledge were inspiring. I had moved away from Calgary many years ago, and only learned of his passing, so Im sorry this is so late in coming. He was in my thoughts often over the years, and my heart and sympathies go out to his family.
