Marjorie Nancy Broadfoot was born in Mulvahill, MB on October 27, 1918. She met her husband Jack while he was teaching school in Strathclair, MB. They went skating arm in arm and fell in love. Marjorie and Jack had two children, Janice born on March 29, 1950 and Scott born on March 26, 1957. Marjorie and Jack moved the family in 1970 to Hillgreen Place, Calgary. 6. Debbie Campbell :

    Dear Janice and Scott,
Your Mom was a lovely lady. I remember her fondly from the Brownsburg days of our youth. Your Mom was so nice to everyone and I always felt at home in your home. She was a mother to many. I can still hear her laughing and while having to keep us kids in line, there was always a twinkle in her eye while doing so! As I said, a lovely lady. She was lucky to have had you there so close to her in her final years and days. May all your memories be fond ones.
    Love Debbie Campbell

Dear Janice & Scott, After living in Napanee from ’55-’60 and forming a friendship that has lasted all these years, we look back on many fond memories of Marj and Jack and all the visits we were able to make in Calgary when we went West from London, Ont. to Canmore to visit our kids. They always were so welcoming and we shared many laughs. We’re going to miss Marj and our phone calls but you can be sure she won’t be forgotten.
