It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Louise on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the age of 82.
Mary will be missed by her children, Randy (Caroline), Colin, Dale (Ken), and Elaine; her grandchildren, Missy, Tammy, Cody, Dale (Harlon), Jamie, John, Cheyenne, Samantha, Tatum (Justin), Dallon (Tanya), Mary-Anne, Brent (Tara), Nadine (Jeremiah), and Jimmy (Theresa); and 19 great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her sisters, Marilyn, Rose, and Sandra; her aunts, Rosa and Rita; and her brother and sisters-in-law, Robert, Ruth, Evelyn and Lily Brass and their families. She will also be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her extended family, Mildred, Shirley, Tina, Darcy, Adam, Rose; and her dear friend Florence Back Fat.
Mary Louise was predeceased by her parents Mark and Louise, her children Gene, Claudia, Mildred, Jimmy, Oliver; brother and sisters, John Spring Chief, Gladys Spring Chief, Josephine Weasel Head, and Louise Young; and uncles and aunt, Rosario, Philip, Louis, Mike, Joe, Jack, Johnny, Frances, Jim, May as well as brother and sisters-in-law, Morris Brass, Pauline Brass, Rose Marie Brass, and stepson Ashley Spotted Eagle.
Wake Services will be held at Sister Celine Memorial Parish Hall (Siksika Nation, AB) Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (Siksika Nation, AB) on Friday, May 14, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Little Washington, Cemetery (Siksika Nation, AB).
