BOND, Mary “Maime” (nee Leluk)

November 3, 1933 – June 30, 2012

Maime Bond of Calgary, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at the age of 78 years.

Maime was born and raised in Hillcrest, AB. She was a long time resident of the Mount Pleasant community. Maime was an avid bowler and was a volunteer at the Royal Canadian Legion, Chapelhow Branch.

Maime is survived by two sons, Robert (Karen) and Norman (Sonja); daughter Kathleen (Andrew) Pipes; grandchildren, Jon, Shawn, Taylor, Maddison, Michael, Laura, Amanda and Danielle; and sister Eileen (Fred) Jones. She was predeceased by her husband Hank Bond on January 21, 2003.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.

    Maime was one of a kind. We will miss her great smile and fun loving personality. No matter where or when you came accross Maime, she always greated you with a big hug and made you feel that you were the best thing to happen to her day!!
