Millie Blain beloved wife of Roland of Carstairs, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the age of 71years.

Millie enjoyed cooking and baking (and was amazing at it!), gardening, pottery, bowling, and spending winters in Mesa, Arizona.

Millie loved her family and grandchildren and will be forever remembered for her loving and generous spirit.

She is survived by her loving husband Roland; her four children, Debbie (Drew) Pawlowski, Bonnie (Ross) Procter, Wanda (Duncan) Ly and Chris (Claire); nine grandchildren; brother Frank (Brenda) Kraft; sister Joan VanBrek; and numerous extended family.

A Celebration of Millie’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
