Howard Black, beloved husband of Shirley Black of Calgary, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at the age of 84 years.

Besides his loving wife Shirley, Howard is survived by his daughter Lori (Casey); daughter-in-law Denise; and grandchildren Evann, Kade and Megan. He is also survived by his brother Paul (Reba); and numerous nieces and nephews. Howard was predeceased by his parents Harry and Stella Black; a brother Ivan; and his son Rick.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
