BLACK HORSE – Bradley

September 1, 1966 – February 5, 2011

The sudden passing of our dear love one has left a hole in our hearts; Brad was a father, brother, uncle, cousin, and a friend. He was known for his sense of humour, always willing to help others and for his kind heartiness. He will be missed dearly by many who shared his journey here on life and he has now joined his loved ones whom he missed very much.

Brad will be missed dearly by his pride and joy, his children, Bradley, Shyla and Brennan, who he raised; the mother of his children Debbie Yellow Fly; and his loving companion Lavern Buffalo. He also leaves behind his siblings, brother Leonard (Rhoda); sisters, Marisa Medicine Shield (Black Horse), Delphine Yellow Wings, Della (Jerome) and Bronco; Uncles Tom Crane Bear and Jerry Black Horse; Aunties Judy, Elizabeth and Delphine; and many relatives too numerous to mention.

Brad was predeceased by his parents Leonard and Marina Black Horse; brothers, Wayne, Kelvin, and Joshua; sisters, Vivian and Lenora; nieces, Jillian Little Light and Baby Jewels Big Crow; nephews, Jeffray, Baby Joshua Yellow Fly and Baby Donald; Auntie Annie Black Kettle; and gramma Vivian White Elk.

Wake Services will be held at Siksika Community Center on Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Siksika Community Center on Monday, February 14, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Canon Stockton Cemetery.

In living memory of Bradley Black Horse, a tree will be planted at Siksika Nation, AB by McINNIS & HOLLOWAY FUNERAL HOMES, Chapel of the Bells, 2720 CENTRE STREET NORTH Telephone: (403) 276-2296.
