  3. I was saddened by the new of Beths’ passing into the Hereafter. She did impress me as a Lady with many admirable Qualities. Her Selfless concern for all she did meet and her efficient organizational skills. Methinks’ the Compassionate “Heart of a Servant” is what Distinguishes one more than any other attribute and Beth did have’ in abundance. I do look forward to the Wonderful Place, where we all do see Beth Barnstead again.

  4. Judy Soholt (nee Hagen) :

    To Frank and Family,
Beth has been a wonderful friend to the Hagen family. I just talked to her on Pat’s 90th birthday. Beth was so upbeat and positive every time we spoke. My brothers and sisters remember all the fun times my parents spent together with Frank and Beth in Devon. This type of friendship has lasted through out time. Beth is now in Heaven with our father, Fred. She will be missed. We will cherish her memory!
    Love, Pat Hagen and Family

  12. Kathy Storey for Ken & Norma Wallace :

    To Frank and family,
It was just by chance that I was with my mom, Norma Wallace, this evening when she got the news of Beth’s passing and she shed her tears for the loss of such a wonderful friend that she has lost. Beth meant a great deal to my mother and we talked about those memories that my parents have of good times with Frank and Beth. Beth stood by my mom as her maid of honor almost 68 years ago now and they have stayed in contact through so many things over the years. Mom was pleased to be able to chat with Beth at Christmas and will always hear her voice. Please Frank accept our deepest condolences for the loss of such a special woman. May she always be with you in your heart and memories.
I, Kathy Storey, am sending this condolence by email on behalf of my parents, Ken and Norma Wallace from Shelburne Ontario

    Death makes us consider life
Loss lets us reflect on what we have
Fear causes us to look for hope
And the hope we have is Jesus

    Dear Uncle Frank and family,
Every time we see the wall hangings that she made for each one of our kids, we think of her and her generous spirit. What an incredible woman. She will be missed very much.
Thinking of you and praying for you in the passing of Auntie Beth.

  15. Les and Beth Brown :

My heartfelt sympathy to you Frank and family, and Keith and Loreen. I can’t believe Beth is gone. As my godmother she held a special place in my heart. As a young girl she never forgot my birthday’s or Christmas and to this day we would still connect at Christmas. Beth was such a compassionate loving person – her smile, her love for her family and others will never be forgotten. On our last trip to Calgary about 7 years ago she made our day very special – the driving tour to Spruce Meadows, the lunch and dinner in your beautiful garden – What a day! Will never be forgotten. We will all cherish the memories.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.
