Winifred (Tee) passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at the Glenmore Beverly Care Centre on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at the age of 94 years.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John D. “Jack” Balfour in 1996 and her son Francis David Balfour in 2001.
