May 17, 1942 – Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan
June 5, 2014 – Calgary, Alberta
Bob Baker of Calgary passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at the age of 72 years.
Bob moved to Alberta in the late 60’s with his wife Linda to further his career as a manager and grow his family. Bob was an excellent ambassador for every company he ever worked for and was very well liked and respected. He truly was the best customer service person, sincere in every regard. Bob was very athletic as a young man which carried over into the raising of his two sons, often times pushing himself too far for the sake of the enjoyment of his boys. He will always be remembered for the “Baker spirit of adventure”, his competitive nature and how much he loved his friends and family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Bob is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Sabrina Baker and John Baker and Joanne Karvonen; and eight grandchildren, Anthony, Alex, Ryan, Jack, Dane, Marcus, Landynn and Sienna.
A Private Family Gathering will be held at a later date. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
