January 21, 1937 – June 20, 2010

Darlene Attoe beloved wife of Allan passed away peacefully in Calgary on Sunday, June 20, 2010 at the age of 73 years.

Darlene is survived by her loving husband Allan, twin sister Marlene Massey, brother and sister in law Art and Lynn Brown daughter Diana Jewan, son Brian Jewan and three stepchildren, Debbie Wall, Steve Attoe and Mike Attoe and several grandchildren. Darlene was predeceased by her parents, two brothers and a sister.

A Celebration of Darlene’s Life will be held at First Lutheran Church (7102 – 14 Avenue S.W.) on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery. Forward condolences through If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, #200, 119 – 14 Street N.W., Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6.

    I was very suprised to see that Darlene had passed away. She was the first boss I ever had when I worked at Nova Gas Transmission many years ago. She was a great teacher and mentor. I just wanted to say how sorry I was to see of her passing. My prayers are with her family.
