Our sincerest condolences to the Atkinson family. Although I only met Eileen a few times in my life I know that my Grandmother, Muriel McCord was very proud of Eileen and her musical accomplishments. I have only pleasant memories of a kind and talented woman.

  3. It was with great sadness that I heard of Eileen’s passing. It has been many decades since I last saw her but I have many fond memories of the visits and meals spent with her, Hugh and family. She was always very kind to me and from her I learnt patience, compassion and how to make superb brandy butter. I wish circumstances would have allowed us all to spend more time together. She was an extraordinary lady.
