She was a great Lady and I still remember the Stories both Joan and Bob use to tell me when I was a kid living in Banff when we would sit around the Table, and our trip to the Indian Days. 6. Pauline Taylor :

I have so many fond memories of my Auntie Mem. When we immigrated to Canada she and Bob took my family in until our house was ready? She was a great cook and could make one chicken a tasty meal for all of us. Cramped as we were she didn’t complain and we could never forget her kindness in helping us out.

Mem’s heart was dedicated to her family. Her husband and her kids were evetything to her. She was so proud of them all. As her family grew into grandchildren and great-grandchildren her heart just grew larger to accommodate them.

Mem had a great circle of friends. When she and Bob were retired she took up volunteer work, making even more friends.

She was a great lady. She had a wonderful, practical view on life and a really neat sense of humour. She will be missed.
