ANGUS, Muriel Margaret (nee Barnes)

September 30, 1930 – Yorkton, SK
March 28, 2014 – Calgary, AB

Muriel Angus, beloved wife of Ian Angus of Calgary, AB, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on March 28, 2014 at the age of 83 years.

Muriel said her greatest accomplishment was being a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had an amazing gift for building and nurturing close relationships and friendships with others.

Besides her loving husband of sixty years, Muriel is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Heather and Doug Roberts, Cathy and John MacKinnon and Allyson and Dan Link; and eight grandchildren, Erin, Lindie and Shannon Roberts, Laura, Lesley (Devon) and Leanne MacKinnon and Ryan and Megan Link.

Funeral Services will be held at St. Giles Presbyterian Church (1102 – 23 Avenue NW) on Friday, April 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
