ANDREWS, Duncan John

January 21, 1969 – October 25, 2012

Duncan John Andrews, beloved and dedicated father to James Campbell- Andrews, left our lives on Thursday October 25, 2012 at the age of 43 years.

Duncan was the kindest man you could ever meet. He was never selfish and was always looking out for other people. He touched the lives of all he met in many different ways, and we consider ourselves lucky to have known him.

In addition to the many friends Duncan leaves behind, he is survived by his most treasured and loved son James, Mother Anne Arnold, Brother Keith (Leanne) Andrews, Niece and Nephew Lauren and Brendan Andrews, Aunt Pat Thirlwell, and Cousins Mark, Matt (Chris), and Lucas Thirlwell.

Duncan was predeceased by his father David Andrews in 2006.

A Celebration of Duncan’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. Please forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. Thank you to Calgary EMS, and all the caring and compassionate staff at the Foothills CICU.

In living memory of Duncan Andrews, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park by McINNIS & HOLLOWAY FUNERAL HOMES, Fish Creek Chapel, 14441 BANNISTER ROAD S.E. Telephone: (403) 256-9575.

Duncan was a most amazing and fun loving man. I had the pleasure of working for Duncan at WalMart. He was always happy and made the days fun. Duncan will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting him. May God truly comfort you all at this time especially his son whom he would always talk about and had so much pride in. Be comforted in knowing that Duncan is with Jesus and one day you will all be reunited together. With love from the Schrootner Family
