Sadika Keskich of Calgary passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family, on Monday December 29th, 2014 at the age of 85 years.
Sadika’s husband Osman immigrated to Canada in the 1950’s to setup a home for his family. Two years later Sadika and their son Mersad arrived in Calgary. Six years later they were blessed with twins, Fuad and Pervina to complete their family. Sadika had a heart of gold, was an amazing cook, loved gardening and nature, and hosted many family gatherings which included their circle of friends. She was one of the first pioneer women of the Bosnian community. Sadika was loved by many and will be missed by all.

A special thank you to Adisa Komic for the wonderful care that she provided to our mother.
